SB 1910 (2006) -  Permanent Paper Ballot or Record

requires that before electronic or electromechanical voting system may be approved for use by Dept. of State, the system must produce individual, discrete, & permanent paper ballot or paper record of ballot cast by voter & preserve said ballot or record as official record available for use in any recount; provides that in any case of discrepancy, voter's said ballot or record is true & correct record of voter's choices, etc. Amends 101.5606.
