General Bill
Florida Statewide Advocacy Council:
redefines term "client" to include child, juvenile, or youth; redefines term
"client services" to include services that are provided to client by service
provider licensed or regulated by state; transfers Fla. Statewide Advocacy
Council from Executive Office of Governor to Legal Affairs Dept.; provides
for appointment of members to statewide council; requires that local councils
operate within areas approved by Attorney General, etc. Amends 402.164-.167.
