General Bill
Eminent Domain/Limitations:
requires finding of blight prior to use of power of eminent domain by state
agency, political subdivision, or corporation acting on behalf of state
agency or political subdivision; requires that owner of residential property
be compensated for relocation costs or that resident of such property be
provided with housing assistance & job training, etc.
