General Bill by Banking and Insurance and Posey
Insurance Agents: provides additional requirements for applications for certain licenses; requires Financial Services Dept. to require designated examination centers to have certain equipment; deletes prohibition against dept. denying, delaying, or withholding approval of applications lacking criminal history report; requires examination applicants to personally take examination, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
Effective Date: 07/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
