Wildlife: Requires the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to establish a list of reptiles of concern subject to regulation; authorizes the commission to adopt rules; requires licensure for the capturing, keeping, possessing, or exhibiting of reptiles of concern; requires fees collected for such licenses be deposited into the State Game Trust Fund; specifies the use of proceeds; provides for the bond required for the exhibition of venomous reptiles of concern to be payable to the commission; requires safe, secure, and proper housing of reptiles of concern; provides for the transportation of venomous reptiles of concern; directs the commission to establish requirements for such transportation; provides for the inspection of reptiles of concern; requires the commission to establish a reporting system for certain activities related to reptiles of concern; restricts who may open cages, pits, or other containers housing venomous reptile of concern; repeals provisions relating to organized poisonous reptile hunts; provides criminal penalties for certain activities related to reptiles of concern; provides violation levels and applicable penalties relating to captive wildlife, including suspension or revocation of license; provides a continuing appropriation.
