General Bill
Motor Fuel Tax [EPCC]:
authorizes counties to adopt ordinance adjusting rate of ninth-cent fuel tax
or local option fuel tax based on percentage change in Consumer Price Index;
provides requirements for imposing rate change; requires that county furnish
copy of ordinance to DOR; requires DOR to notify specified entities that
engage in transfer of motor fuel of change in tax rate, etc. Amends 206.41;
reenacts various FS.
