Mobile Home Relocation Corporation: Provides notice requirements for certain mobile home lot tenants regarding entitlement to compensation from Florida Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund; provides for late fees if mobile home park owner does not make payments to Florida Mobile Home Relocation Corporation within required time period; authorizes corporation to file & maintain certain actions to collect payments in Leon County; prohibits approval of certain applications for funding submitted by persons who have settled certain claims or causes of action; provides certain time periods within which application for funding for relocation expenses must be submitted to corporation.
Effective Date: May 22, 2007.
