General Bill
Hurricane Catastrophe Fund/Sales Tax [EPCC]:
provides for distribution of certain revenues from tax on sales, use, & other
transactions to said fund; redefines term "retention"; decreases threshold
amount of loss above which insurer is entitled to reimbursement from fund.
