Habitual Traffic Offenders/Database [EPCC]:
requires HSMV to create Internet database of certain habitual traffic
offenders; provides HSMV & its agents immunity from certain civil actions
concerning database; requires HSMV to develop publication re requirements
concerning restoration of various driving-related privileges following arrest
or conviction for DUI of alcohol or drugs; requires HSMV to post publication
on its website, etc. Creates 322.2645,.294.
