Unauthorized Employment: Requires agricultural classification & assessment denial under circumstances involving employment of unauthorized aliens; adds civil penalty to employment prohibition of unauthorized aliens; requires DACS to foster & encourage compliance with federal work authorization programs; requires information demonstrating compliance with federal work authorization program as condition of certain licensure, certification, or registration; establishes grounds for disciplinary action by DBPR or board for certain licenses, certifications, & registrations; provides penalties.
Effective Date: January 1, 2008.
