Hospitals [SPCC]: revises provisions designating classes of disease; exempts certain cancer center hospitals from licensure restrictions; revises provisions re licensing standards for adult cardiovascular services; revises criteria for adoption of rules by AHCA; requires certain hospitals to participate in clinical outcome-reporting systems operated by American College of Cardiology & Society for Thoracic Surgeons, etc. Amends 395.003, 408.0361.
