State Board of Administration Investments: Requires SBA to identify companies in which public moneys are invested that do business in or with Sudan and Iran, create and maintain scrutinized companies lists of such companies, periodically contact scrutinized companies and encourage them to refrain from engaging in business in or with Sudan or Iran, inform scrutinized companies of status as scrutinized company and ask for clarification as to nature of each company's business activities, and divest of all publicly traded securities of scrutinized companies, with exceptions, request managers of investment funds to consider removing scrutinized companies from fund or create similar fund excluding such companies, file report after creation of scrutinized companies lists, and provide written report to the Governor, the Legislature, & Attorney General before reinvestments; prohibits SBA from acquiring securities of scrutinized companies that have active business operations; provides for expiration of act; exempts SBA from specified statutory or common law obligations; authorizes SBA to cease divesting or to reinvest in scrutinized companies if value for all assets under management by SBA becomes equal to or less than specified amount.
