General Bill
Pub. Rec./EMTs or Paramedics [RPCC]:
provides exemption from public-records requirements for identification &
location information of active or former EMTs or paramedics certified in
compliance with Medical Telecommunications & Transportation law & spouses &
children of such EMTs & paramedics; provides for future review & repeal of
exemption; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 119.071.
