requires governing body of hospital to adopt policy re safe movement of patients; prohibits hospital from retaliating or discriminating against employee who, in good faith, reports violation of act, initiates or participates in investigation brought by regulatory agency or accrediting body re violation of this act, or discusses violation of this act with certain individuals, etc. Creates 381.029; amends 395.701.
