CS/CS/SB 2376 (2007) - Public Project Construction Bonds [EPCC]

General Bill by Governmental Operations and Regulated Industries and Saunders

Public Project Construction Bonds [EPCC]: provides that amount of bond shall equal contract price except under certain conditions; provides that bond may not be conditioned on performance of design or nonconstruction services if such services are not included in bond amount; authorizes local governments to select construction-management or program-management entities to be responsible for certain construction project activities, etc. Amends 255.05, 287.055; creates 255.103.
