Department of Business & Professional Regulation [EPCC]: authorizes dept. to revoke or refuse to issue or renew person's certificate of registration as farm labor contractor if person has been convicted of certain felonies within any period; authorizes dept. to contract with certain vendors or enter into interagency agreements to collect electronic fingerprints of fingerprints are required for purposes of certification or licensure, etc. Amends FS.
