General Bill
Uniform Traffic Control [EPCC]:
creates "Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act"; defines term "traffic infraction
detector"; authorizes counties & municipalities to enact ordinances
permitting use of traffic infraction detectors; requires signage; requires
certain public awareness procedures; provides penalties for traffic control
signal violations detected by traffic infraction detectors, etc. Amends
316.003,.0745, 322.264; reenacts 322.27(5),.34(1),(2),(5), & (8)(a).
