Alcohol Abuse by an Expectant Mother:
Designates act "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Prevention Act"; directs DOH & DCFS to maintain Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Prevention Network; requires establishment of system for assessing charges for specified services; requires DOH, DCFS, & DABT of DBPR to provide access to information regarding fetal alcohol spectrum disorders on Internet websites; provides for voluntary admission of expectant mother for alcohol abuse treatment services; provides criteria for involuntary admission of expectant mother; requires described health warning signs to be displayed by alcohol beverage vendors; requires DABT of DBPR to produce & distribute signs; directs DOH to establish Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Diagnostic & Intervention Centers & provide professional training; provides appropriations.
