Expands AEIT duties to include strategies for providing information on state Internet portal in English & Spanish by time certain & strategies & timeframes for phasing in deployment of information on state government websites in English & Spanish; requires information on state Internet portal & state government websites to be in English & Spanish by time certain.
Effective Date: October 1, 2008.
