SB 338 (2008) -  Officers' Rights in Disciplinary Proceedings [LPCC]

Provides for imposing a fine not to exceed $10,000 against the person, that person's employing agency, or both for each violation of a law enforcement or correctional officers' rights in disciplinary proceedings, etc.
