SB 468 (2008) -  Child Care Personnel/Fingerprinting [SPCC]

Requires electronic submission of fingerprints of child care personnel beginning July 1, 2009, and the retention of fingerprints in the statewide automated fingerprint identification system by the Department of Law Enforcement. Requires that fingerprints retained be searched against arrest records. Requires that any arrest records identified be reported to the Department of Children and Family Services, etc.
