Dismantling and Destruction of Motor Vehicles and Mobile Homes: Revises provisions that require certain documents accompany motor vehicle or mobile home sold, transported, or delivered to salvage motor vehicle dealer or secondary metals recycler; provides requirements for transfer of derelict motor vehicle to salvage motor vehicle dealer or secondary metals recycler; requires purchaser to record & maintain certain information; provides for use of derelict motor vehicle certificate; revises provisions for reporting to DHSMV & cancellation of title records; provides for electronic notification system; provides for placement of hold on motor vehicle or mobile home if there is reason to believe that motor vehicle or mobile home was stolen or is fraudulently titled.
