SB 1032 (2008) -  Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy/FRS [RPCC]

Increases the minimum and maximum health insurance subsidies for each eligible retiree of the defined benefit program or the Public Employee Optional Retirement Program of the Florida Retirement System beginning January 1, 2009. Provides a cost-of-living adjustment beginning January 1, 2010. Increases the contribution paid by employers, to 1.75 percent of member's or participant's gross compensation each pay period, etc.
