CS/SB 1376 (2008) -  Agriculture [RPCC]

General Bill by General Government Appropriations and Dean
Agriculture [RPCC]: Prohibits county government imposition of an assessment or fee for stormwater management on agricultural land meeting certain requirements. Expands the applicability of an exemption from a local business tax receipt for the privilege of selling specified products. Provides conditions for use of Casuarina cunninghamiana as a windbreak for commercial citrus groves. Expands the materials used in agricultural operations that can be openly burned, etc.
