Provides for relief of Estate of Christian Stephenson, Amie O'Brien, individually, & as Personal Representative of Estate of Christian Stephenson, deceased, & for relief of Hailey Morgan Stephenson & Christian Darby Stephenson, II, as surviving minor children of decedent, by & through their mother, Amie O'Brien; provides appropriation to compensate them for wrongful death of Christian Stephenson, which was due in part to negligence of DOT; provides for attorney's fees & costs; provides limitation on attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, & other similar expenses relating to claim; provides for use of funds.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
