CS/CS/SB 1580 (2008) -  Swimming Pool and Spa Safety Drains [SPCC]

Requires that each public swimming pool and spa be equipped with an anti-entrapment device or system that complies with the ASME/ANSI performance standard or any successor standard. Requires that each public pool or spa having a single main drain, other than an unblockable drain, be equipped with one or more specified devices, including, but not limited to, a safety vacuum release system, a suction-limiting vent system, etc.
