General Bill
Winery Shippers [EPCC]:
Authorizes a wine manufacturer who manufactures no more than 250,000 gallons
of wine per year to ship wine to a resident of this state for personal use
and not for resale, upon obtaining a winery shippers license from the
Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Requires recipients of a direct
shipment of wine to be 21 years of age. Requires proof of age and the
signature of a recipient, etc.
