Dental Laboratories: Revises requirements relating to retention of dental laboratories by dentists; changes terminology to reflect employment of dental laboratory rather than unlicensed person & use of prescription rather than work order; requires prescription retention; requires specified continuing education for renewal of registration of dental laboratory by time certain; requires dental laboratory owner to submit sworn statement attesting to compliance with continuing education requirements; provides DOH may request continuing education documentation for cause or may request such information at random without cause; provides continuing education exemption; provides for voluntary compliance for certain dental laboratories.
