SB 2686 (2008) -  Juvenile Detention/County & State Cost Sharing [LPCC]

Defines the term "final court disposition" for the purpose of determining the costs of juvenile detention. Requires the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) to pay certain specified costs associated with youth who are in a detention center and awaiting placement in a juvenile justice residential facility. Requires each county to pay to the DJJ the county's share of the county's total costs for juvenile detention, etc.
