SB 2688 (2008) -  Driving or Boating Under the Influence [EPCC]

Cites this act as the "Barry and Sydney Mazer Act." Revises the applicability of sanctions. Requires a specified period of imprisonment for a fourth or subsequent conviction of driving or boating under the influence. Prohibits substitution of treatment alternatives in certain circumstances. Requires records of judgments of guilty to include fingerprints, etc.
