SB 2690 (2008) -  Driving Privileges/Limited Reinstatement [SPCC]

Provides that a person who is delinquent in paying his or her child support or who has failed to comply with subpoenas or a similar order to appear or show cause relating to paternity or support proceedings is subject to having the HSMV suspend the person's driver's license and motor vehicle registration, except that the driving privilege is retained by the person for business purposes only, etc.
