SB 2876 (2008) -  Property Appraisal [RPCC]

Revises factors used to determine the just valuation of property. Authorizes owners of certain property to enter into deed-restriction agreements with counties for certain purposes. Provides for the admissibility of certain evidence at hearings of the value adjustment board under certain circumstances. Prohibits property appraisers from challenging the constitutionality of laws, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
