SB 302 (2009) -  Slot Machine Revenue Tax/K-12 Education Funding [SPSC]

Provides that funds derived from the slot machine revenue tax, which are transferred to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund, be used only to supplement funding for K-12 public education.
