SB 346 (2009) -  High School Graduation Requirements/Health Educ. [SPSC]

Provides for a mandatory one-half credit in health education, independent of physical education credit requirements, for high school students who enter their first year of high school in 2008-2009. Provides a waiver for students who request to take and successfully complete a health education assessment developed by the Department of Education. Reduces the number of credits in elective courses.
