SB 514 (2009) -  Forensic Services/Misdemeanants [SPSC]

Provides legislative intent that forensic services be provided to a person charged with a misdemeanor as well as a felony offense. Amends provisions relating to definitions, the rights of forensic clients, the involuntary commitment of a defendant with mental illness, and the involuntary commitment of a defendant determined to be incompetent, etc.
