Prescribed Drugs: Revises provisions specifying information required to be included in written prescriptions for medicinal drugs; authorizes use of institutional formulary system for Class I institutional pharmacy at which, with certain exceptions, all medicinal drugs are administered from individual prescription containers to patient & medicinal drugs are not dispensed on premises; specifies requirements for policies & procedures of such institutional formulary system; revises definition of term "standard reference compendium" for purposes of regulating insurance coverage of drugs used in treatment of cancer; authorizes pharmacist to dispense controlled substance & require photographic identification without documenting certain information; authorizes pharmacist to dispense controlled substance without verification of certain information by prescriber under certain circumstances.
