SB 1098 (2009) -  Early Voting [GPSC]

Expands the list of available sites at which early voting may be held to include any location designated by a supervisor of elections meeting the requirements of state law. Requires that the Division of Elections of the Department of State establish by rule a formula for determining the number of early voting sites in each county, etc.
