SB 1142 (2009) -  Public Officers and Employees [GPSC]

Provides additional acts that constitute a breach of duty by a public official, an agency employee, or a local government attorney. Expands the list of acts of official misconduct. Requires state attorneys and law enforcement agencies to strictly enforce the provisions prohibiting official misconduct. Provides penalties for additional criminal actions committed by a public servant, etc.
