SB 1420 (2009) -  Commercial Motor Vehicles [CPSC]

Increases the penalties that are imposed for operating a commercial vehicle that is overloaded. Reduces the number of hours that a driver may operate a commercial motor vehicle in intrastate commerce which is not transporting certain amounts of hazardous materials. Increases the penalty for falsification of time records.
