SB 1438 (2009) -  Injection Wells [EPSC]

Injection Wells [EPSC]: Provides exceptions to requirements of the DEP regarding minimum casing for injection wells used by facilities that have a specified design capacity. Provides requirements for an injection well used as a backup to a primary injection well.
