Voting Conflicts: Designates act "Restoring Trust in Government Act"; prohibits members of Legislature from voting upon or participating in legislation inuring to personal gain or loss of member or his or her relative; prohibits member of Legislature from participating in legislation inuring to personal gain or loss of business associate, employer, board on which member sits, principal by whom member is retained, or parent corporation or subsidiary of such principal; requires disclosure of interests before legislation is considered & requires written disclosure within time period after vote on legislation is taken; specifies how disclosure must be made.
