Notices of Nonpayment: Revises requirements for notice of nonpayment for labor, services, or materials served by claimant under contractor's bond, by claimant under surety bond for construction or maintenance contracts, or by lienor under payment bond; deprives claimant or lienor of rights under bond for furnishing false or fraudulent notice of nonpayment; revises prohibition against claimant actions against contractor or surety; prohibits lienor actions against contractor or surety unless notice of nonpayment is given; deletes notice of nonpayment form.
