Prepaid Developmental Disabilities Savings Program: Creates Prepaid Developmental Disabilities Savings Program to be administered by Florida Prepaid College Board in conjunction with Stanley G. Tate Florida Prepaid College Program; requires prepaid contract plan to provide for advance payment for eligible services for qualified beneficiary & investment plan to provide for investment of funds by benefactor for qualified beneficiary; requires funds to be deposited in Florida Prepaid College Trust Fund; provides requirements for use, investment, & maintenance of moneys in savings program accounts; creates study group to make recommendations regarding savings program.
