SB 2228 (2010) -  Child Welfare Contracts [SPSC]

Limits state agency contract monitoring to once every 3 years if the contracted provider is subject to accreditation surveys by specified accreditation organizations. Allows the establishment of an Internet-based data warehouse to maintain the records of contract providers. Limits the DCFS to one contract monitoring of a child-caring or child-placing contract provider per year, etc.
