General Bill
Elections [GPSC]:
Requires that the federal write-in absentee ballot be accepted as an
application for voter registration when it contains information required by
the constitution and laws of the state. Revises the printed instructions that
accompany an absentee ballot. Authorizes the use of facsimile transmission or
e-mail delivery if offered by the voter's jurisdiction, etc.
