SB 2552 (2010) -  Sales and Use Tax/Collection and Administration [WPSC]

Authorizes the DOR to contract to develop and implement the Internet Sales Tax Automated Revenue Tracking program as a system for collecting and administering sales and use taxes. Requires a report to the Governor and Legislature. Provides for disclosure of information under the program. Provides a penalty. Provides for reducing the rate of the state sales and use tax under certain revenue certification circumstances, etc.
