Child Support Enforcement: Revises provisions relating to child support payments; clarifies that income deduction payments are required to be paid to State Disbursement Unit; authorizes DOR to provide documentation of income of parent receiving public assistance to court, to collect noncovered medical expenses in installments by issuing income deduction notice to modify support orders, & to seek waiver; authorizes paternity determination based on final judgment of dissolution of marriage requiring former husband to pay child support; authorizes DOH to amend birth certificate to reflect marital status if mother & father marry after birth of child; authorizes Office of Vital Statistics to amend birth certificate to include name of legal father; permits person ordered to appear for genetic testing to contest order by filing written request for informal review within specified time period; deletes requirement for reducing child support guideline amount for retroactive support by 25 percent; authorizes AHCA to provide health insurance information to DOR for administering Title IV-D program; revises required information for application for marriage license; requires name of any child recorded by both parties to be transmitted to DOH.
