HB 7155 (2010) -  Claims for Collections Due the State

by Governmental Affairs Policy Committee and Schenck
Provides that each agency is responsible for exercising due diligence in securing payment for all accounts receivable & other claims due to state; creates requirements for agencies for purposes of reporting delinquent accounts receivable; requires agencies to report annually to Legislature & CFO on accounts receivable & other claims due to state; requires CFO to report annually to Governor & Legislature on claims for collections due to state.
