General Bill by Banking and Insurance and Brandes
Florida Insurance Guaranty Association: Revising the duties of the association; authorizing the association to collect regular assessments directly from policyholders; authorizing the association to collect emergency assessments from insurers under certain circumstances, etc.
Effective Date: July 1, 2013, and shall apply to any assessment certified and levied after that date regardless of when the insolvency or insolvencies occurred
