HB 741 (2013) -  Neighborhood Improvement Districts

Provides that an ordinance that creates neighborhood improvement district may authorize district to exercise certain powers in addition to those already granted to such districts; provides that neighborhood improvement district shall be treated as community development district regarding certain exemption & bond provisions; prohibits neighborhood improvement district from being dissolved until arrangements are made for payment of its debt.
